Ammeter
The digital ammeter gauge is connected to
the STI motor and reads the amperage drawn by the motor when
powering or the amperage produced by the motor in regeneration
mode. A negative amperage value indicates the amount of current
drawn from the battery bank to power the motor. A positive
amperage value indicates the amount of current (at 144 VDC)
that the motor is regenerating and sending back to the battery
bank.
